Ingredients

I've got a ragout to make and for reasons unknown I decided to start making it in the early hours of today.

Lots of vegetables and herbs here (in larger quantities) to be added to roasted beef mince, tomato reduction and beef stock tomorrow.

I love collecting bits and pieces in the freezer to make epic stocks. I have a particularly excellent one to use tomorrow.
