Oh no... not again

A morning of rain and we were both busy at work.  Just after lunch, Rich noticed a stain on our bedroom ceiling... the one I pained a few weeks ago.

We have gone back to NHBC and will see what they say.  We are also waiting to hear when the work is going to be done on our chimney.

It really is all a bit of a pain.
