The Red Acer

An early walk to the swimming pool and for the first time it had to be negotiated in the dark (see extra).  I wasn't quick over the mile (but then again I never am), but slower than before the break of the last two weeks.

I'd made an appointment at the doctor's surgery for my flu jab to coincide with the walk back and then rewarded myself with a coffee and bacon roll.

During the morning I completed the processing of my photos from Scotland, uploading them to an album on another social media site.
