Puddles

Sometimes, if I'm running a bit early after dropping the girls off at school, I'll take a walk down this short lane after coming out of the King George V playing fields. At the end of it is a small road and I can walk through a bit of trees and grass, cross the main road, and then walk through the park to get home. It adds quite a few steps to my 'Pedometer' app but only adds a few minutes to time.
I am really enjoying the walk to and from school and I'll be doing this until the end of the school year, next July. Must try to keep it up when we don't have the girls living with us.
The car, by the way, is one of the parents who drive their children to school. Not everyone is lucky enough to live in walking distance.
