Stunner

What a beautiful day....chilly (even a little bit of frost in the shade on rooftops and grass on the Meadows), crisp and not a cloud in the sky all day.
I took DK to the airport and dropped her off then decided to go straight to the beach to make the most of the weather. It was so beautiful to walk the full length of the beach from Joppa to the far end, pootling along the water's edge, sitting with a coffee at Crumb's, and strolling along the prom. I hadn't brought my airpods with me so couldn't listen to my novel, but enjoyed the warming sun and the sights and sounds of the beach regardless.
Home and reworked a letter I had to draft, then showed the final tree surgeon around the garden before doing quite a few jobs I'd been putting off. Did the Blurb book and got it sent off with the latest 50% discount offer, cleared out the fridge and did some household finance stuff...good to get them all done.
Chatted to A on her way home then got some things booked for when Mt&H are here with the kids.over Christmas, and managed some cauliflower and pasta cheese for supper despite still not really feeling hungry.
