Big day!

A big day today - our first church service, and later a sunset photo shoot!
The service was amaaaaazing, not at all because everything was smooth (so much went wrong), but there was such a sense of community...and so many people saying this was what they'd been looking for. Dina got baptised too, so that was wonderful!! So we have a lot to learn, but with all it's technical issues and clumsiness in parts, it was special.
Eventually we got home, and post siesta I was out with Juliette to take some images of her for her yoga website. We ended up going to a nearby (where we were) rural hotel, and somehow the entire evening passed by - good conversation... Also a moment of hilarity when Juliette thought I was from a fancy place... We realised she thought Birmingham was Buckingham, ha!!!

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Asha doing all the washing up of coffee cups - 80 people having coffee pre and post the service equals a lot of washing up. She was a star.
2) My camera holding out for Ju's shoot.
3) Connecting with several new people today and already being in touch via messages.
