Old pals

Nearly 50 years ago we were allocated to the same class in our new high school - where of course we were seated in alphabetical order. We hit it off despite coming from hugely different backgrounds. Today I showed her the sights of Manchester (it turns out most of them were closed on a Monday….) - a lovely day.
