. . . and Cake ! First roof frosts of the winter, but bright sunshine . . . once the bikes got going that was it . . . shorts and all. Only a 22 miler, with the obligatory coffee and cake stop . . . this time at Sally M . . . and caught a glimpse of Mr Hilton in his field . . . looking well at nearly 30 years old . . .
