After a near sleepless night a busy day….( sleep tablets are not on repeat so i need to use them sparingly….) lots of little jobs done, carers did the washing, it’s wonderful to only have to fold and put it away….i emptied the bins, and together we brought it to the bin area and went on to a walk…in the spitting rain…..

i took a photo of some bushes and edited it in Photo spiralysis….it all mixed up the photo….i quite like it…
