Autumn gold

The colours on the rowan trees are beautiful just now, especially when set against the blue sky.

Let’s have more autumnal days like this please. 

Decided to phone the GP this morning as the glass is still in my finger, and got an appointment straight away with nurse practitioner. She as ever so nice and said that there’s not a lot to do other than continue to put magnesium paste on it and it will eventually, be expelled by my body. It’s nice just to get some assurance that my finger isn’t infected and about to drop off. Again, exemplary service from our NHS.
