Lake Osborne

Backblip from Tas Trip - Thursday evening and Friday were spent with my brother in law and his wife on their farm in Geeveston. Despite the dreadful weather, we managed an outing to the Hartz Mountains, where we hiked in hail to Lake Osborne. Very dramatic. Unfortunately I got the dreaded Memory Card Full message early in the hike and the weather was too dire to be messing around deleting.  So this is a photo of me from one of the other participants, shared in WhatsApp. I can't believe I missed the aurora, which happened the night we left (and was even visible in Canberra, but not in the light polluted suburb where my parents live). Another time I hope!
