John and Izzi

My dad was a huge fan of the Beatles, as is my mom.

My childhood backdrop is a vast backdrop of Beatles music and in an ironic twist John Lennon was shot on my 2nd birthday.

I walked down the aisle to Beatles music and due to the rather sad connection the registrar even mentioned them during the ceremony. I have played Beatles music to my children, taught it to school children, seen Paul McCartney live and generally my life is punctuated by them.

My mom and dad celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary so we went to Liverpool. A city I visited properly for the first time only four years ago and one which keeps calling me back. I really love it there!!!!!!!
