The Dighty Heron

Well one of them… spotted him in flight on my bike ride this morning then when I turned the corner he was sitting on the bridge daring me to try and get a photo.
Did a quick turnaround when I got home and I was back out the door within half an hour to go for a walk to the Ferry with my friend. We had a good walk and stopped for a cuppa at Tico’s Deli in Gray St, a lovely, friendly wee place - I’ll definitely be back. We always find something to chat about and today we spent a bit too long chatting about TV programmes trying to remember actors names and what they’d been in before. We try not to resort to Google but often it’s the only way :-))
I’ve just finished watching the latest season of Slow Horses and it’s one of the best things I’ve watched in a long time. Now there’s the long wait for the next season ….
