Japanese garden, in the Scottish countryside.
Emerged from under the downie this cold and frosty morning, intending to take a drive north-ish to the Trossachs, to view the autumn colours, before its too late in the year.
However, SWMBO had other ideas. She has had a yen to visit this garden, near Pool O'Muckhart, by Muckhart and Yets O'Muckhart. I'm so glad we did. Its a wonderfully tranquil and uplifting garden created in a gentle valley, over many years. There is a brief history in two of my Extras below, along with a couple of additional views. Peace!
Recommended, in autumn.
