Sunday 13th October 2024... Blip #1825...

This morning I headed out at 5am to join MBRR for there 10km and 5 km, I've still got a dodgy knee so I went to cheer them all over the finish line... All the runners set off... Brenton who's a good friend is injured and he said let's go for a walk, I was reluctant but we did walk 1.49km, the walk and chat was great and the company was awesome... I've been worried about his head space because this is the longest time I've ever know him not to run... On our walk back I stopped to capture the top image at 6:39am and then Brenton suggested a selfie... We got back to the finish line and then cheered the runners returning...
