Crossing the causeway

Today's cycle club ride took us from Over Kellet to Crook o'Lune, along the riverside track to Lancaster, on to Overton and across the causeway to Sunderland Point with a lunch stop beside Sambo's Grave.  Then back across the shoreline to Heysham, along the whole of the Morecambe Prom, along the canal towpath and back to the cars.  Quite a mixture of mostly flat tracks, and not as cold as we had feared.
