Trees in Fairmilehead Park

Quite bright initially, hoping it is going to be a better day than the weather forecast suggests. However, clouds move in over breakfast. I do manage a wee daunder around the park to pay the weekly newspapers. While doing so, I seem to have lost the vouchers, so make a reverse daunder. It is only on my way to the paper shop, in heavy rain, resigned to pay full price, that I discover the vouchers have ridden up in to my jumper. Ay least the vouchers are dry. :-)

After morning coffee, I go back to the park to get my blip of the trees. The rain has passed through a lot quicker than expected, and now there is some brightness.

No walk down to get the weekend groceries, a heavy rain shower is on the way, so we take the bus. We would have been soaked had we walked, as the rain shower is quite torrential. A bit of a wait for the bus going home, so popped in to a couple of charity shops. Not home too late though, we manage a wee daunder around the park pre afternoon coffee.
