Cobles In Bridlington Harbour

We have come away to stay for a few days near to the Yorkshire coast…a place called East Ayton, near Scarborough.

We came via Bridlington where we spent most of the day…walking along the cliff tops and the promenades…covering 6.5 miles in total! I have accumulated 17k steps altogether today. We had fish and chips for lunch..but in a cafe as it was a bit ‘fresh’ to eat outside.

Photo is from Bridlington harbour where the tide was in, so it was nice to see the boats floating today.

Gansey Lass is a Bridlington sailing coble and Kathleen is a Seahouses fishing coble…it has a motor!

WiFi and phone signal are terrible here, but hopefully I will manage to post every day..we shall see.
