Day 3

Had a relatively early start and took the scenic road to Salen, stopping off en route to snap waterfalls etc.  There was quite a lot of evidence of the rally cars - esp where the vehicles had gone off the narrow roads; we did see one driver recovering 'bits' of his car that had fallen off! At our lunch spot we did meet and natter with one driver which was interesting - it was his second year driving and as he 'd not finished last year he was delighted to come in around 90/150 cars this year.
We stopped for a warming coffee at Salen - delicious - before heading off to find and snap these rather well known wrecks!  We then went to the pier and did some slow water shots of the very old pier structure with cormorants thereon!
