In the pink..

Not so relaxing in the garden today as I had the genius/stupid idea to dig up a clump of bamboo that had outgrown the area it was put in! Access too it was difficult in the first place but we eventually got it out, and then another stupid idea to split it.....my hand now has a blister on the palm so shows you how the sawing/digging/axing went but it eventually worked! So now we've got 3 new pots of bamboo and a gap in the border! I had thought about a new plant for the gap but might just move an Acer there instead... but that's a job for another day!  Still a bit of colour in the garden too and this little zinnia is adding a lovely splash of pink!

Aching in places I never knew existed this afternoon so taking it easy - have been watching the SpaceX live coverage from America! What they achieved today was beyond amazing and it was awesome to watch it live thanks to Youtube!
