Take a seat.

A full house at the gym, and much laughter, always good. Cath arrived the same time, so we went into the changing room together.  When she took off her coat, I noticed she had a few white marks on her top. When she saw them, she said, they must be toothpaste, as well as a few expletives. At that moment, the cleaner came in, with her trolley, and Cath asked her if she could borrow one of her cleaning  cloths to get the marks off, which she did. When we got outside I said, the might have cleaned the toilet with that cloth, and Cath said, she probably had. Well it made us laugh anyway. It was nice to see Jeannie  there, and she came with us for coffee afterwards. Gosh it was cold walking home afterwards, and it's  definitely time to get my hat and  & gloves out.
