Curly Wurly
My wife harvested some veg at the weekend. We've had good success with potatoes, beetroot, onions and more besides, but our carrots ... well .... they are all over the place. "Curly Wurly" is the phrase that comes to mind. They have been grown in decent soil. Good depth. No stones etc. The ground was manured last year (not this season). So why have they curled like this? Anyone?
Looks like a worm to me. Radioactive. Glowing :-)
