The small river Langete
The blip from the site before the small river flows under the houses of the town of Langenthal. We visited my mum in the old people's home there today.
The town is famous for having the highest pavements in Switzerland, which are about a metre high, because during floods the water was channelled through the town's main street. However, a relief tunnel was built some time ago so that this is no longer necessary (link for more details and pictures).
