The Only View

The only view I have had of Falmouth Harbour for three weeks. I last club rowed on the Wednesday before the Great River Race way too much going on.

Today it was finalising the Trafalgar Night Dinner, takes place next Friday, the numbers, 70, menu options, place settings, running order etc, and all the while being sent late changes, alterations, additions etc.
This was discussed at a too long committee meeting, two hours, shouldn’t take longer than thirty minutes.
Then following Mrs S’s sewing lesson in the afternoon we packed ready for tomorrow before a chicken stir fry dinner.
I headed off to the Athenaeum for a Trafalgar Night meeting, gotta love a meeting, but I wanted to speak to Richard, he of Friday Coffee.
Enjoyed the evening, ready for the off tomorrow.
