Chicken with three rice salad

 A day of heavy showers most of them hail. It was cold but not cold enough yo turn the Rayburn on. We have the wood stoce for the evening.
I made this Ottolenghi recipe for dinner tonight, I was served it by friends a few weeks ago and wanted to try it. Not as good as previously but worth making again. I would call it unusual but very tasty.
