The season moves on

I think we’ve definitely seen the last of any “summer” weather now. Today for parkrun for the first time in ages I wore long sleeves, long tights, hat and gloves! I certainly didn’t feel overdressed and by the end of our parkrun I was wet and cold, nonetheless. One of our friends was doing his 500th parkrun today, as well as volunteering as parkwalker and clocking up his 100th volunteer stint. Not bad for someone who is soon to celebrate his 87th birthday!
