Street History........

........ well as promised I would try my arm at "street" photos this week and only use the 85mm lens!
So, have combined a bit of history of our local area with the shot today.
Taken at The Arms of Australia Inn Emu Plains.
This was the original building in Penrith started in 1826 as the above link will give offer info.
Anyway, maybe not street photography but I have to work up in stages!! lol

Here we have Tony, working on an old horse drawn cart used by Bushell's tea originally in Sydney, to cart a tea chest or three.
For us oldies you will know what I mean about a tea chest being carted in this, but for the younger ones or for general info check this out. Thanks to the ole Wiki.

Have also added a pic of an old tin rocking hores toy with a couple of old style prams in the background.
