Apple crumble

This morning my youngest student, who is at high school, asked me for help with his class assignment. He has to talk in front of the class, explaining the recipe to make apple crumble. Given that he hasn't done the past tense yet, I found that it wasn't really fair of his teacher to put him on the spot like that.
Three students in total this morning. With another college aged one, we did a mock up of a Cambridge audio exam.
It has been very varied and now I need to set their homework and finish planning lessons for Monday.
