… if my new ergonomic pillow delivers all it promises and gives me that good night’s sleep. It’s a neck thing that’s made a pillow change necessary.

We haven’t been to IKEA for ages. It’s finding your way out that puts us off.

My extra is for pink October, not for me.

Choir and Iris this evening. She’s tired today and in some discomfort but generally in good spirits.
