Backblipped Friday for Thursday

Caught the tail end of a rather nice sunrise this morning. Slept reasonably well but had cause to complain after breakfast about the rather sewagey smell from our bathroom. The receptionist promised to report it to housekeeping.

Walked along the seafront into PalmaNova to find the opticians as one leg if my glasses has bent. I don’t know how it’s happened but needed fixing. The optician would eyes sone magic and the leg is now straight again. Had a lovely coffee at the wee Argentinian coffee coffee we’ve visited before before picking up some bits and pieces including some spa scented fragrance sticks for the bathroom.

A quick walk round the supermarket for some snacks and juices and we stopped for a late lunch at a wee tapas bar. 3 tapas between us accompanied by bread, alioli and olives saw us full up.

The housekeeping staff had poured bleach down the drain but there still a whiff so the perfumed sticks were put into action.

We headed to a favourite bar for some sangria before dinner in the nearby Chinese restaurant and a drink in the Irish pub along the street from our hotel. Not too late a night.
