A different view

All go today. Off to Carcassonne first for the annual boob-squashing expedition. All done very efficiently, except that the developing machine was broken and they couldn't give me the printouts for my file. All well anyway, and they will post them to me.

Then I had a wander over to the Pont Vieux to get a different angle on la Cité from my usual. Unfortunately shooting into the sun was not entirely successful and I ended up with this, after much fartnarkling. Looks a lot better in large.

In the afternoon we went up to the bergerie for coffee and cake with A, H, M and M. Yes, I ate a small piece of cake -- it would have been rude not to :) I couldn't stay long though, as I had to drive to Carcassonne again for choir practice. Two hours of effortful note-bashing and singing in Lithuanian, Latin, and English (for once). It's good to be singing again though!
