Sweet Potato

in NZ they are known as Kumera.
This has been sitting on my kitchen window sill for the past month or so.  Its time to do something with it but its frost tender so will have to be very careful how I look after it just in case we get a late frost. I've got in mind to put it in a large pot for its foliage and not its crop.
