Laps around the block

So, it arrived today, what's probably going to be a close friend for the next 3 months. Let's hope it doesn't rain too much.

In other news. took the car in for a regular service, and when I went to collect it, some kind soul had parked so close to me I had a difficult job to get in. 
When I got home, I noticed that there was a black scuff about 12" long down the driver side front quarter. 
Some b*&($6d had obviously decided they didn't give 2 efs about my car, as long as they were comfortable getting in and out of theirs.
Rubbing hard with a product called The Pink Stuff didn't get me anywhere, nor did using Goop off.
Then my memory kicked in..... toothpaste!
Toothpaste?
Yes, toothpaste. (t's a very mild abrasive).
A dab or two of toothpaste and some elbow grease and the scuff was gone. I'm surprised I haven't seen that advertized on TV.


Ah well...
