Had a day of online meetings. 2 dog walks and a rare 6km run (not in a Parkrun day!)

Got a call from K to say Dad wasn’t well again and was back at hospital via ambulance.

I went to visit this evening.

He was in good spirits but is looking and feeling his 80 years now.

Hopefully this latest round of antibiotics works overnight for him. He’s been up since 1:30am.
