Turned out wet

After a trip to the gym R fancied another trip to Dalby.

However dark clouds didn’t bode well. Heavy rain curtailed our plans. So had a wander in the car along the forest drive. Paused at the Staindale lake bird feeders before calling it a day and returning home.

I thought the rain would put pay to bird watching but the feeders were incredibly busy. Spent a few minutes watching the comings and goings. Two Moor hens arrived along with a Jay but this was the best of the photos taken through the windscreen.
