Saltburn-by-the-Sea

The weather first thing was pretty grim but we ventured out, complete with wet weather gear.

First stop, Staithes. A very pretty fishing village. We parked at the top and walked down to the village. It was very windy and the tide was high.

From here to Saltburn-by-the-Sea. By now the weather had improved and we spent a long time taking photos on the beach. Delicious crab sandwich for lunch and then a ride up in the fenicular.

Brilliant day.
