A lovely day….

blue skies, sunshine and glowing colours beneath the crags. The goats were staying well out of sight. As anticipated, the snow level on the Cairngorms was well down, to about 400m. We had an overnight frost and, despite the sun, it felt chilly, at 1°-6°.
Had been perplexed first thing as the BBC weather app was showing hurricanes for here today and tomorrow! Much later, an apology appeared about wrong data which they were attempting to remedy!!!
