The great debate.

After the discussion with my doctor, regarding taking statins, I ordered this book. I had a copy many years ago, and I gave it to a friend, and never got it back. Although I am waiting to collect my prescription for the said statins, the debate is still on. I am still undecided. 
A good morning at the gym. and then coffee, of course.  I walked into town, did some shopping, then caught the bus home. J went to Llandow on his motorbike, so we had lot's of stories to exchange when he got home.
