Clifden nonpareil….again!
Robs highlight of his moth trip to Roudsea Woods this morning was a Clifden nonpareil, or Blue Underwing. He brought it home as a surprise for me! It’s only the second we have ever seen, the last was here on September 9th last year.
This is a slightly better phot, as we had it safely trapped in the shed so it couldn’t get away! They are around across the country again, so there may be a few on Blip!
