Sit and chat

The morning started with some challenges via email and phone, but I managed to get a paper progressed (not the one from yesterday yet though!) before hoofing it down to town where I sat in interviews all day. Some really interesting and different people and some great potential for our Board, but a long time to be just sitting in one room!
When I came out of the office, the tram commuters were lined up against the autumn chill in St Andrew's Square and I faced into the wind and walked up home, then made a light supper (still not much of an appetite) before cracking on with the two papers I need to finish tonight and planning the next few days.
