Valley Mist

We had some strange atmospherics this morning. First thing, the mist lay in the valley as shown in my blip and then a bit later we were engulfed in mist. It then lifted and gradually cleared away. I love the detail in this image and if you'd look in full res, I'm sure you'll appreciate it too.

It's the Wide on Wednesday challenge today, hosted by steveng. The theme is 'Modern or recent' so I'm not on theme today unfortunately unless you consider it's a recent mist - well, it was fresh this morning!
