Sand Boa
...continuation from the previous blip
I had been to the rehab center of "People for Animals" to know more about them.
They are doing a great job by taking care of a number of species, treating their illness, rescuing them from dangers and releasing them in their natural habitat.
Found a number of primates, few juvenile kites (the one rescued by me joined this group :) ), couple of snakes (cobras/rat snakes, etc.,), peacocks, parakeets and various other species...
The blip is of a "Sand Boa" which is approximately 15-20 cms long and the doctor over there said that its non venomous. There were a couple of volunteers (few very young kids were also there...) who frequent this place and do their bit...am planning to join, not sure whether I'll be able to do justice...
