Autumn flowers

Yesterday we found Tedwin’s scooter had puncture so he was not able to go to supermarket. I needed a shallow planter so went to garden centre and also did the shopping. Didn’t get planter but quite liked the colour of these plants. Due to very wet conditions in the afternoon I was not able to replant them. Today’s first task was getting wheel off scooter so I could take it to get new tyre.
Sounds simple. We went into garage and first fixed lamp so that it worked. Next look for trolley jack to lift scooter also tools. I am the apprentice fetching, finding, sorting and putting things in right place. All done, then Tedwin fell of chair so bit of a delay getting him up. Then under instruction I work jack and lift scooter to enable the wheel to come off…phew, needed a coffee before taking it to be repaired. Two hours later fetched it back and it awaits refixing, tomorrow’s job but at least we have the tools out, should be a quick fix (shouldn’t it)…
All this meant I was delayed again putting plants in pots, but eventually got it done.
Now you know why I miss a few days with blips - I am no wonder woman but am working on it!
