Graham and I bumped into someone we used to work with this morning who we haven’t seen for a long time.
She commented that when she walks along our local area of shops she rather feels like she is in some sort of dystopian nightmare! That’s a bit of an exaggeration but I get what she means. Apart from the various people begging along the pavements, What used to be a row of really useful shops is now full of charity shops, nail bars, ice cream shops and cafes of various description. Here is yet another one preparing for opening. It’s a juice bar apparently but looks like something from the set of Barbie!
