First jigsaw ..

..of the season.

Another damp and dreary day so a good day for jigsaw. I actually started it on Monday after shopping but it took two sessions to even complete the edges. Trickier than first looks suggest.
My sister in law passed it in to me with several others when we called in to see her on our way home from Scotland back in May. The completed picture shows Winnie the Pooh and Christopher Robin playing Pooh Sticks of course. The border consist of character line drawings and elaborate repeated designs. Lots still to do!

I haven’t done a jigsaw since June and it’s not just the season that has put me off doing more. This is the first one I have done on my mat without the ‘help’ of Bluebell, she always had to be there and featured on many of my jigsaw blips. The blip on the 29th June was the last picture I took of her. It’s amazing how often I still ‘ look’ for her.
