Another rose

Uploaded a day late.
Went to pick up the surplus food from Tesco last night and the employee refused to give it to me saing the guy from Olio always picks up. This is wrong as they are not a charity but claim the food for themselves family. A charity is supposed to take presidence. Rant over
As it is 4 weeks tomorrow I did some gardening and cut back the bed of golden raspberries filling a large green garden bag.
Chiropractic this morning and I have exercises now for my hips as my back has been aching and she said I was very stiff. Not surprising really. Must walk more and do the exercises .
