One months rain in one day?

Hurricane Kirk is supposed to affect the Paris region today with 80 to 100kph winds. So far, at lunchtime, we've just had constant rain.

Have used the inbuilt retouch function in the Lumix for this one. Straight black & white. Basically like having Instagram-like filters, but in a camera. I last had something similar in my long deceased Sony Cybershot.
