Paint It Black

After a couple of goes with the dye, this is the end result. I had to go back this morning and try and “fade” it into my hairline as I’d left a very obvious straight line between the black and the grey after the first attempt. Should be okay as my character wears a hat most of the time, but I am toying with trying one of those “wash away the grey” shampoos to see if I can get a more natural blend between head and chin!
We are all very tired now but, hopefully, the end is in sight. For the first time, we actually ran all three episodes in full. And only one cast member missing! The bits we’ve not really done so far were a bit ropey, but we got through them, albeit with a few stray lights, sound effects and props!
Dress rehearsal tomorrow and an audience of half a dozen people who cannot make it on any other night. It would be nice to hear them laughing in the appropriate places - we’ve done the lines so many times now that we forget they are actually very funny!
