Family

An unexpected but good morning, spent with Adrian and Linda... Saying bye, helping pack the van (Danny) & doing an errand for them in San An. We'll miss them hugely.
This afternoon Asha and I headed to the dentist to get her fixed brace put on (took almost 3 hours!! We were home at 8pm!). She says it feels very weird but OK at the moment.
Mitch came by tonight, always wonderful to see him. He feels like a little brother. 

Today I'm grateful for:
1) Seeing a homeless friend I've not seen for ages. She was on the floor with her feet bound up looking painful. Sad to see her looking less well than last time, but great to reconnect and hear about how she's doing.
2) Time with Adrian and Linda. They're such fun, and so kind.
3) Asha doing well with the braces being fitted. She was very nervous beforehand. Nothing will be as bad as that contraption they put in to pull her jaw apart that year or 2 ago!!
