Thought I'd better blip this Dahlia before it goes over.  Its in a pot outside someone's garden in the lane.  Luckily for me the black background is an oil tank and I just darkened it in Elements.  There are lots of large pots outside the property full of beautiful flowers and I always stop and look at them.  Well its been a mixed bag of weather today.  We actually had a dry walk first thing and its been quite wet this afternoon.  Its been one of those days today when I've met lots of people I know to chat to.  One guy in particular I  I was pleased to see and chat to as he's quite elderly and has been in hospital apparently after a fall.  I was only thinking of him the other day.
